Delivery
Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address before completing a transaction.
Customers shall bear the additional postage and handling fees for resending due to non-receipt.
All discs are carefully checked and bubble wrapped for double protection.
Orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days (except on Public/National Holidays).
Normal SingPost Postage - a non-registered mode of delivery without tracking through our local post office. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of orders via this delivery mode.
Registered Mail (recommended) - a registered mode of delivery with tracking through our local post office.
Courier Service - Co-handled by J&T Express (most Asian countries) and SingPost.
Deliveries out of Singapore takes 6 - 30 working days depending on customs clearance. Dermcare has no control over customs' decisions whatsoever.
