Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return your order from the date of purchase the same way it was sent to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus initial shipping fee) to your credit card (or original mode of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Preparation: Start with clean, dry hair and scalp.

Application: Use a damp applicator or a makeup sponge to apply Dermmatch directly onto thinning or bald spots with light, short strokes.

Blending: Gently blend the product with fingertips or the sponge for even coverage.

Styling: Style your hair as usual after applying Dermmatch.

Removal: Wash out with shampoo and water.
Each application lasts until you shampoo. Each DermMatch container (one disc) lasts, on average, two to eight months. All hair loss concealers will use-up more quickly if you are covering a larger area and using them more often. Hair fibers, sprays and other hair loss concealers don't last nearly as long as DermMatch. They are filled with air and propellant and they will cost you much more to use
